分析了光纤微弯曲位移传感器的基本工作原理,并对不同齿数条件下,有无模式去除器及模式去除器位置对传感器的输出特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明光纤微弯曲位移传感器的输出特性与台数、有无模式去除器及其位置有关。
The basic working principle of the optical microbend displacement sensor is analyzed. The output characteristics of the sensor are experimentally studied under the condition of different number of teeth, the presence or absence of mode remover and the mode remover. The experimental results show that the output characteristics of the fiber microbend displacement sensor are related to the number of units, the presence or absence of mode remover and its position.
