所谓员工情感能力是指在企业这一特定环境中,员工所具有的认知、表达、控制和调节自身情绪和处理人际关系方面的能力,它是在员工个人技能之外、包含于员工素质之中并直接影响企业整体实力的重要因素。 企业由具有丰富感情的人组成,在这个关系复杂的群体中,员工们的情感能力相互作用、相互影响,在一定程度上促进或阻碍着企业的正常发展,其至少表现为以下四个方面:
The so-called employee emotional competence refers to the ability of employees to recognize, express, control and adjust their emotions and deal with interpersonal relationships in an enterprise’s specific environment. It is outside the personal skills of employees and is included in the quality of employees. The factors that directly affect the overall strength of the company. The company is composed of people with rich emotions.
