目的观察酶解泥鳅蛋白对酒精肝损伤的保护作用。方法通过建立小鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,检测肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、甘油三酯(TG)含量,以研究酶解泥鳅蛋白的药理学效应。结果酶解泥鳅蛋白能减轻酒精所致的肝细胞乙醇脱氢酶的催化下产生氧自由基导致肝细胞膜的脂质过氧化及体内还原型谷胱甘肽的耗竭。结论酶解泥鳅鱼蛋白对酒精致肝损伤有明显的保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of enzymatic loach protein on alcoholic liver injury. Methods The model of alcoholic liver injury in mice was established to detect the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), reduced glutathione (GSH) and triglyceride (TG) in liver tissue to study the pharmacological effects of enzymolysis loach protein . Results Enzymolysis loach protein can reduce alcohol-induced liver cell ethanol dehydrogenase catalyzed production of oxygen free radicals lead to liver cell membrane lipid peroxidation and reduction of glutathione in vivo. Conclusion Enzyme digestion of loach fish protein has obvious protective effect on alcohol induced liver injury.
