随着医院不断发展,规模不断增大,编外聘用人员队伍也在日益壮大。医院聘用人员档案管理方面存在诸多问题。本文拟对医院聘用人员档案管理现状进行分析并提出相关对策建议。
With the continuous development of the hospital, the scale is constantly increasing, and the number of staff engaged in external recruitment is also growing. There are many problems with the management of hospital personnel files. This article intends to analyze the status quo of file management of hired staff in hospital and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
