目的 研究维生素 (A、B、C、D、E、K各族 )对前脂肪细胞增殖和分化的作用。方法 培养人前脂肪细胞 ,在其生长的不同阶段分别加入各种维生素 ,观察其对细胞的增殖、分化过程中的磷酸甘油脱氢酶 (GPDH)和细胞内脂肪积聚的作用。结果 维生素A对人前脂肪细胞增殖和分化均有抑制作用 ,维生素B6 对人前脂肪细胞的分化有促进作用 ,维生素C对人前脂肪细胞增殖和分化均有明显的促进作用 ,维生素D3 对人前脂肪细胞的分化有抑制作用 ,维生素E对人前脂肪细胞的分化有较强的抑制作用 ,维生素K1对人前脂肪细胞分化有极强的刺激作用 ,维生素K3 对人前脂肪细胞的增殖和分化均有抑制作用。未发现其他维生素对人前脂肪细胞的明显作用。结论 该研究结果可为人体合理地摄入维生素提供理论指导
Objective To study the effect of vitamins (A, B, C, D, E and K) on the proliferation and differentiation of preadipocytes. Methods Human preadipocytes were cultured and various vitamins were added at different stages of their growth to observe their effects on the proliferation and differentiation of GPDH and intracellular fat accumulation. Results Vitamin A could inhibit the proliferation and differentiation of human preadipocytes. Vitamin B6 could promote the differentiation of preadipocytes, while vitamin C could promote the proliferation and differentiation of human preadipocytes. The effects of vitamin D3 on preadipocyte differentiation Differentiation inhibition, vitamin E on human adipocyte differentiation has a strong inhibitory effect, vitamin K1 on human adipocyte differentiation has a strong stimulus, vitamin K3 on human preadipocyte proliferation and differentiation were inhibited. No significant effect of other vitamins on human preadipocytes was found. Conclusion The results of this study can provide theoretical guidance for the rational intake of vitamins
