近年来发现中分子量物质(MMS)除参予尿毒症的发病外,还与多种疾病的发病机制有关。为探讨血浆中分子含量与肺心病心力衰竭等脏器损害关系。本文对40例肺心病患者血浆中分子进行测定,现将临床实验结果分析报道如下。1 资料与方法 1.1 选择30例正常健康人为对照组,男性16例,女性14例,年龄20~65岁。肺心病人40例,男性23例,女17例,年龄40~68岁。根据患者有无心力衰竭等合并症分组,A组为肺心病无合并症组(25例),
