从当前高校数字化档案信息管理存在的突出问题切入,深刻剖析了影响安全管理的因素以及应遵循的原则,提出了解决问题的有效对策。高校档案数字化建设是数字化校园建设的一项重要内容,也是衡量当今高校档案事业发展水平的重要标志。伴随着高校档案数字化进程的不断加快,数字化档案信息安全问题也日益引起档案学术界的广泛关注。
From the outstanding problems existing in the management of digital archives information in colleges and universities, this paper deeply analyzes the factors that affect safety management and the principles to be followed, and puts forward effective countermeasures to solve the problems. The digitization construction of college archives is an important part of the construction of digital campus and an important symbol to measure the development of archives in colleges and universities. With the digitization of college archives accelerating, the security of digitized archives information is also increasingly aroused widespread concern in archival academic circles.
