目的:探讨乌鲁木齐地区健康人群股骨近端骨密度随年龄变化规律,确定各年龄段的正常骨密度值标准,为本地区骨质疏松症早期诊断和康复预防介入提供依据。方法:选择2004-03/2004-08在新疆医科大学第一附属医院就诊的乌鲁木齐地区常住汉族人群278人为调查对象,年龄30~84岁。采用法国DMS公司生产Lexxos型双能X线骨密度仪对调查对象进行左髋部骨密度测定,并按不同年龄组(30~39,40~49,50~59,60~69,70~岁)进行结果分析。结果:乌鲁木齐地区女性30岁以后左髋部骨密度随年龄增大,骨密度逐渐下降30~39,40~49,50~59,60~69,70~岁骨密度分别为(0.76±0.11),(0.74±0.10),(0.69±0.13),(0.61±0.12),(0.58±0.13)g/cm2(t=3.43,P<0.01);而男性40~49岁时骨密度明显高于30~39岁时(t=2.89,P<0.01),50~59岁时骨密度最低(t=4.68,P<0.01),70岁以后男性左髋骨密度值保持稳定。同龄组男女性间骨密度值有明显差异(t=5.91,P<0.01)。结论:50岁以上的女性是骨质疏松的易发人群,对其进行骨密度及时监测,是骨质疏松症的早期预防的有效措施。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of proximal femur BMD with age in Urumqi healthy population and to determine the normal BMD of each age group, so as to provide evidence for the early diagnosis and intervention of osteoporosis in this region. Methods: A total of 278 permanent Han nationality residents in Urumqi from 2004-03 / 2004-08 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the survey subjects, aged 30-84 years. The left hip BMD was measured by Lexxos dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry from DMS in France. The left hip BMD was measured in different age groups (30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 ~ ) For results analysis. Results: After 30 years of age, the BMD of left hip in women in Urumqi increased with age and the BMD gradually decreased from 30 to 39, from 40 to 49, from 50 to 59 and from 60 to 69, respectively (0.76 ± 0.11) , (0.74 ± 0.10), (0.69 ± 0.13), (0.61 ± 0.12) and (0.58 ± 0.13) g / cm2 respectively (t = 3.43, P <0.01) At age of 39 (t = 2.89, P <0.01), BMD was the lowest between 50 and 59 years old (t = 4.68, P <0.01). The same group of men and women between the bone mineral density was significantly different (t = 5.91, P <0.01). Conclusion: Women over the age of 50 are susceptible to osteoporosis. Monitoring their bone mineral density in time is an effective measure for the early prevention of osteoporosis.
