目的探讨食用三聚氰胺奶粉婴儿幼儿患泌尿系统结石声像图特征及超声检查在小儿泌尿系统疾病筛查中的应用。方法对5000例小儿泌尿系统采用二维及彩色多普勒血流显像检查。结果超声显示无明显肾脏异常4935例,有泌尿系统疾病65例,小儿泌尿系统疾病发病率为13.0‰,其中肾脏结石13例,男7例,女5例,男女比例1.2∶1;最小年龄5个月,最大年龄4岁,平均年龄2岁。肾脏结石阳性率为2.6‰。结论超声检查对食用三聚氰胺奶粉婴幼儿患泌系统结石及小儿泌尿系统疾病提供较高筛查的首选方法 。
Objective To investigate the features of ultrasonography of urinary calculi in children with infant melamine and the application of ultrasonography in the screening of urinary tract diseases in children. Methods 5000 cases of pediatric urinary system using two-dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging. Results Ultrasound showed no obvious renal abnormalities in 4935 cases, urinary system diseases in 65 cases, the incidence of urinary tract diseases in children was 13.0 ‰, of which 13 cases of kidney stones, 7 males and 5 females, male to female ratio of 1.2: 1, the minimum age of 5 Months, the maximum age of 4 years old, average age 2 years old. The positive rate of kidney stones was 2.6 ‰. Conclusions Ultrasonography is the preferred method for screening higher grade urinary tract stones and urinary tract diseases in infants and children with melamine milk powder.
