患者男,60岁,因突然头晕、心悸1周入院。以往有铁粒幼细胞性贫血病史13年,病情稳定,能从事轻家务。查体:T 36.3℃,P40次,R 21次,BP14/9kPa。贫血貌。皮肤粘膜无黄染。双肺呼吸音清,无罗音,心界略向左下扩大,心音低钝,心率40次,节律规整,心前区Ⅱ级收缩期杂音,吹风样。未及“大炮音”。肝剑下6 cm,肋下4 cm,质韧,无压痛。脾未及。双下肢无浮肿。辅助检查:血Hb 70 g/L,
