一、前言钨条是抽丝所用初级产品,而钨条锤熔则是钨丝生产的关键环节.人工手动控制锤熔炉的烧结温度,因调节精度差,操作误差大,致使钨条质量低劣.国内有些厂家已采用由晶体管或集成电路组成的时序控制器,但电路结构复杂、所需器件多、可靠性差、造价贵,故很难推广普及.本文对以TP801单板机为核心所组成的钨条锤熔炉的自动控制系统加以介绍.该控制系统具有控制精度高,保证钨丝质量,提高生产自动化的程度等优点.二、钨条的锤熔工艺简介锤熔就是钨条的高温烧结.由于钨条在采用粉末冶金法压铸成型后,其密度、机械强度、导电性等物理性能不能满足直接抽丝的需要.因此需要在高温烧结
