英语新课程标准的要求、英语教学的现状迫切需要一支高素质的英语教师队伍。虽然目前我市中学英语专任教师队伍总体数量能够满足教学的需求,但是,结构性的不平衡依然存在,骨干教师、优质师资还很缺乏,据统计,现无锡市区仅有在职一线高中英语特级教师两人。研究、分析现有专家型英语教师的专业发展历程、找出促进英语专家型教师成长发展的主要因素,将有利于探索英语教师专业发展的有效途径,有利于推动更多的高中英语教师向专家型教师发展。为此,笔者深度访谈了我市德高望重的特级教师薛中梁老师。
English new curriculum standards, the status quo of English teaching an urgent need for a high quality English teachers. Although the overall number of full-time English teachers in secondary schools in our city can meet the needs of teaching, structural imbalances still exist.
