作为改革开放的一项重要突破——技术交易和技术市场的形成,对促进我国科学技术的进步、商品经济的发展和企业条件的改变,都产生了不可估量的作用。在今后以科技立国、科技进步求生存、求发展的社会环境里,技术市场作为特殊的催化手段,将继续发挥巨大的经济社会效应。但综观现状,技术市场疲软及其产生的不良影响问题,已经到了不可忽视的地步,需要研究相应对策。
As an important breakthrough in the process of reform and opening up, the formation of technology trading and technology markets has played an invaluable role in promoting the advancement of science and technology in our country, the development of the commodity economy and the changes in the conditions of enterprises. In the future, in the social environment of establishing a country based on science and technology and seeking progress through science and technology, the technology market will continue to exert its enormous economic and social effects as a special catalysis. However, looking at the status quo, the weakness of the technology market and its adverse effects have reached a point where they can not be ignored. Therefore, corresponding measures need to be studied.
