目的探究rhPDGF凝胶治疗神经性糖尿病足的临床安全性并对临床疗效进行评价分析。方法随机抽取该院2015年1月-2017年3月期间收治的42例神经性糖尿病足患者,将其分成研究组21例,并予常规治疗联合rhPDGF凝胶进行治疗;参照组21例采用了临床常规治疗,对两组患者治疗后药物产生的的安全性、不良反应、创面愈合效果进行了对比分析。结果研究组患者临床效果明显高于参照组,研究组患者采用rhPDGF凝胶治疗后,其身体无任何不良反应,具有很高的安全性,可有效刺激创伤部位的血管收缩,降低血压与流速,加速血液凝固,提高了溃疡面的愈合速度。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用rhPDGF凝胶治疗神经性糖尿病足其临床效果显著,无任何副作用,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical safety of rhPDGF gel in the treatment of neuropathic diabetic foot and to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Methods Forty-two patients with neuropathic diabetic foot admitted from January 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group (21 cases) and rhPDGF gel (conventional treatment). 21 cases in the reference group Clinical routine treatment, the two groups of patients after treatment of drug safety, adverse reactions, wound healing were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group. The rhPDGF gel treatment group had no adverse reactions in the study group and had high safety. It could effectively stimulate the vasoconstriction and blood pressure of the wound site, Accelerate blood coagulation, improve the healing rate of ulcers. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The rhPDGF gel treatment of neuropathic diabetic foot has a significant clinical effect, without any side effects, which can be widely applied in clinic.
