政府成绩单2008年1-10月,大连开发区完成工业总产值1443.3亿元,增长28.1%;完成固定资产投资200.6亿元,增长43.3%;完成进出口总额160.4亿美元,增长35.1%,;完成实际到位外资7.38亿美元;实现全口径财政收入104亿元,增长23.4%。美国博格华纳、摩西湖化学、韩国的凯斯克等世界顶级一批大项目纷纷开工或投产,大化集团总部、大钢集团总部、一汽集团节能与新能源汽车基地相继落户开发区。大连未来新城区中心区小窑湾工程开工,将至少拉动基础设施投资500亿元。
Government Transcripts From January to October 2008, Dalian Development Zone completed a total industrial output value of 143.33 billion yuan, up 28.1%; completed investment in fixed assets of 20.06 billion yuan, an increase of 43.3%; completed a total import and export of 16.04 billion U.S. dollars, up 35.1% The actual foreign capital in place reached 738 million U.S. dollars and the entire fiscal revenue reached 10.4 billion yuan, up 23.4%. USA Borg Warner, Moses Lake Chemical, South Korea’s Keswick and a number of the world’s top large projects have started or put into operation, Dahua Group headquarters, headquarters of Steel Group, FAW Group, energy-saving and new energy vehicle base have settled in the zone. The construction of Xiaoyao Bay in the future downtown area of Dalian will start at least 50 billion yuan in infrastructural investment.
