[目的]观察充气升温机治疗连续性肾替代疗法(CRRT)病人低体温的效果。[方法]将61例在ICU行床边CRRT治疗过程中出现低体温的病人随机分为观察组(31例)和对照组(30例),观察组采用充气升温机进行保暖处理,对照组采用常规升高置换液温度和加盖棉被进行取暖的处理,观察两组病人体温变化、寒战情况。[结果]观察组病人体温比对照组恢复快。[结论]运用充气式升温机纠正CRRT过程中病人出现低体温有非常好的效果。
[Objective] To observe the effect of inflation-warming machine on hypothermia in patients with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). [Method] Sixty-one patients with hypothermia during bedside CRRT treatment in ICU were randomly divided into observation group (31 cases) and control group (30 cases). The observation group was treated with inflatable warming machine and the control group Routine increase in the temperature of the replacement fluid and stamped quilts for heating treatment were observed in two groups of patients temperature changes, chills. [Results] The body temperature of observation group was faster than that of control group. [Conclusion] There is a very good effect of using inflatable warming machine to correct hypothermia in patients during CRRT.
