目的:观察恬尔心静脉滴注治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病喘息急性发作的疗效及副反应。方法:对42例老年慢性阻塞性肺病喘息急性发作的患者应用恬尔心50mg置入5％葡萄糖溶液500ml中,以5～15μg/(kg·min)的滴速静滴,每日1次,连续5天为一疗程。观察喘息症状、肺部体征和肺功能的改变情况,采用用药前后自身对照方法进行疗效观察。结果:恬尔心静脉滴注治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病喘息急性发作有效率为71.43％,其中临床控制2例(占4.76％),显效28例(占66.67％)。好转8例(占19.05％),无效4例(占9.52％)。肺功能检测治疗前后数据有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。无明显不良反应。结论:恬尔心静脉滴注治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病喘息急性发作有较好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect and side effects of intravenous infusion of tian er heart intravenously in the treatment of acute exacerbation of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: Forty-two elderly patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were treated with 50 milliliters of Tennell heart in 500 ml of 5% dextrose solution and intravenously dripped at a drip rate of 5-15 μg / (kg · min) once daily. For 5 days for a course of treatment. Observed wheezing symptoms, lung signs and changes in lung function, using the self-control method before and after treatment efficacy. Results: The effective rate of heart intravenous infusion in treatment of acute COPD was 71.43%, of which 2 cases (4.76%) were clinically controlled and 28 cases (66.67%) were markedly effective. Improvement in 8 cases (19.05%), 4 cases (9.52%) were ineffective. The data of lung function test before and after treatment had very significant difference (P <0.01). No obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Tian heart intravenous infusion of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in elderly patients with acute asthma attack have a good effect.
