先用苯萃取结晶紫和氯锑酸的缔合物,然后用罗丹明6G交换缔合物中的结晶紫,用荧光光度法可以测定低至0.01μg的锑。锑的浓度在0.01~2.0μg/6ml范围内,荧光强度与其浓度成正比。1mg以内的Al,Bi,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Ga,In,Ni,Pb,Se,Th,Ti,Zn,Ag,Hg,Mo,V不干扰测定,仅允许等量的Au(Ⅲ)、Tl(Ⅲ)存在。本法适用于铜合金和钢样中痕量锑的测定,并研究了含氧有机溶剂对荧光强度的影响,测定了溶剂化数,溶剂化常数和荧光量子产率。

This method is suitable for the determination of trace antimony in copper alloys and steel samples. The effect of oxygenated organic solvents on fluorescence intensity was also studied. The solvatisation numbers, solvatisation constants and fluorescence quantum yields were also determined.
