一、工程概况上棉31厂新建综合车间为钢管混凝土结构,平面尺寸32.5×16(米),总高12.16米,共三层,建筑面积1524平方米,柱网尺寸4×8(米),层高依次为4.5米、3.9米和3.6米。预制梁、板,现浇楼梯。共24根钢管柱,钢管由钢板焊接,再卷成圆管,外径为369毫米,壁厚7毫米,长13.41米。图1为综合车间外景。二、施工准备用宽65毫米,厚5毫米的扁钢,按钢管外径尺寸做成二个半圆环,将B-11A型附着式混凝土振动器,抱在钢管身上(半圆环和钢管外皮之间留3～5毫米空隙)。在上层楼板缝中,固定一个定滑轮,用棉纱绳吊住振
