拮抗菌的筛选及其对黄瓜苗期立枯病的防治作用

用以往筛选出的21个拮抗真菌和32个拮抗细菌菌株分别对5种植物病原真菌进行平板对峙培养,进一步测定其拮抗作用,结果筛选出抑菌谱广、抑菌活性强的拮抗木霉菌(Trichodermaspp.)菌株F43和F45以及拮抗细菌菌株B26和B32。温室盆栽试验结果表明,木霉菌株F45对黄瓜苗期立枯病的防治效果因不同的处理方法而不同,其中以木霉菌株F45先施入土壤48小时,然后混入立枯丝核菌,再移栽黄瓜苗的处理效果最佳,防治效果达64.5%。 21 antagonistic fungi and 32 antagonistic bacterial strains screened in the past were subjected to confrontation culture of five kinds of plant pathogenic fungi respectively to further determine their antagonistic effects. As a result, the antagonistic activity against Trichoderma spp. Trichoderma spp.) Strain F43 and F45 as well as antagonistic bacterial strains B26 and B32. The result of pot experiment in greenhouse showed that the control effect of Trichoderma strain F45 on the blight of cucumber seedlings was different due to different treatments. Trichoderma strain F45 was first applied to the soil for 48 hours and then mixed with Rhizoctonia solani, Transplanting cucumber seedlings the best treatment effect of prevention and control of up to 64.5%.
