前言本文采用“正交试验设计法”对原子吸收分光光度法连续测定铜、铅、锌过程中的火焰高度、溶液提升量、燃气流量等因素进行了研究;为便于实际生产中的操作及掌握,对吡咯烷二硫代甲酸铵(APDC)—甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)体系使用了甲基橙指示剂调节pH 并对 APDC—MIBK 体系在含有甲基橙指示剂的硝酸—酒石酸介质中,萃取富集铜、铅、锌的条件做了详细研究。根据研究结果拟定的分析流程可得到满意的准确度及精密度,其检出限显著优于资料值,因此本法可完全满足环境地质监测工作的要求。
