随着全球化进程的不断推进,使企业面临着更为激烈的市场竞争环境,人力资源是企业实现可持续发展的重要因素,只有加强人力资源管理,才能提升企业竞争实力。资源基础理论认为,企业竞争优势来源于内部,包括硬件设施等有形资源和知识等无形资源。从资源基础理论视角看战略人力资源管理,其具有一定的优势,但企业仍需施以有效管理策略而加强人力资源管理。本文主要从资源基础理论视角出发,对战略人力资源管理对策建议进行探讨。
With the continuous progress of globalization, enterprises are faced with a more fierce market competition environment. Human resources are an important factor for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. Only by strengthening human resources management can they enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Resource-based theory that the competitive advantage of enterprises from the internal, including physical facilities such as physical resources and knowledge of intangible resources. Strategic human resource management from the perspective of resource basic theory has some advantages, but enterprises still need to exert effective management strategies to strengthen human resource management. This article mainly from the perspective of resource-based theory, strategic human resources management countermeasures to explore.
