目的了解输血科成分单采室消毒质量现状,提出改进措施。方法采取现场检测的方法对工作人员手、物体表面、室内空气、贮血场所进行检测。结果输血科成分单采室工作人员手、室内空气、物体表面和血小板振荡箱合格率均较高且逐年上升。结论成分单采室整体卫生状况较好,但仍需进一步提高医务人员重视程度,采取有效防控感染措施,以保证血液质量和人员安全。
Objective To understand the status quo of single-chamber disinfection quality of transfusion department and propose the improvement measures. Methods The methods of on-the-spot testing were used to test the hand, object surface, indoor air and blood storage place of staff. Results Blood transfusion department staff in single mining room, indoor air, the surface of the object and platelet oscillating box pass rate are higher and increased year by year. Conclusions The overall sanitary condition of the single-component room is good, but medical staffs still need to pay more attention to infection prevention and control measures to ensure the blood quality and safety.
