衡量年鉴编纂质量的要素有很多,最重要的是框架结构、信息资料、条目内容、行文表述。重视和提高年鉴编纂质量,是年鉴工作的核心之处,也是编纂人员的追求目标。只有重视和提高年鉴编纂质量,才能有效推动年鉴事业可持续发展,才能充分发挥年鉴的“存史、资政、育人”功能。
There are many elements to measure the quality of Yearbooks compilation, the most important ones are the frame structure, information materials, the contents of the entries and the expressions. Emphasizing and improving the quality of the compilation of the Yearbook is the core of the Yearbook’s work and also the goal pursued by compilers. Only by paying attention to and improving the quality of the compilation of the Yearbook can we effectively promote the sustainable development of the Yearbook industry, can we give full play to the function of “keeping history, funding the government and educating people” of the Yearbook.
