目的:探讨中西医联合治疗脑梗塞患者的临床效果。方法:选取110例脑梗塞患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组各55例。对照组患者采用西药治疗,实验组患者在此基础上加用补阳还五汤加味治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,研究组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的生活能力、脑部神经功能明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑梗塞患者行中西医联合治疗,疗效突出,可有效提高患者的生活能力,改善患者神经功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred and ten patients with cerebral infarction were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 55 cases each. The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine. The patients in the experimental group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction additionally. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); The study group’s ability of living and brain function were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Chinese and Western medicine for cerebral infarction patients with outstanding curative effect can effectively improve the living ability of patients and improve the neurological function of patients, worthy of clinical application.
