为建立抗流感合剂的质量标准,采用薄层层析(TLC)对黄芩、太子参进行定性分析;应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时对黄芩苷、牛蒡子苷进行含量测定,流动相为乙睛-0.3%磷酸溶液(25:75);流速1ml·min~(-1);检测波长208nm。结果薄层层析法可准确地对黄芩、太子参进行定性鉴别;黄芩苷在0.027~2.160μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998)平均回收率为98.4%。牛蒡子苷在0.184~1.470μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)平均回收率为99.0%。该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可作为抗流感合剂的质量控制标准。
In order to establish the quality standard of anti-flu mixture, qualitative analysis of Scutellaria baicalensis and Radix Pseudostellaria heterophylla was carried out by TLC; the content of baicalin and arctiin were determined simultaneously by HPLC; the mobile phase was Acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid solution (25:75); flow rate 1ml · min -1; detection wavelength 208nm. Results The TLC could accurately identify Scutellaria baicalensis and Radix Pseudostellariae. The average recovery of baicalin in the range of 0.027 ~ 2.160 μg (r = 0.9998) was 98.4%. Arctiin showed good linearity (r = 0.9999) in the range of 0.184-1.470 μg with an average recovery of 99.0%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as a quality control standard for anti-flu mixture.
