提出新型金融市场的概念,并在阐述其内涵及主要特征的基础上,从演化博弈的逻辑视角,分析“互联网+”诱致我国新型金融市场的形成机制。研究发现,新型金融市场产生的根源在于传统金融制度下金融资源供需不均衡矛盾。最后,探索发现“互联网+”诱致下新型金融市场的形成机制,即基因遗传机制、变异创新机制及市场选择机制。
Based on the connotation and the main features of the new financial market, this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the new financial market in China from the logical perspective of evolutionary game through the analysis of “Internet +”. The study finds that the root cause of the new financial market lies in the contradiction between supply and demand of financial resources under the traditional financial system. Finally, we explore the formation mechanism of new financial markets induced by “Internet +”, namely genetic mechanism, mutation innovation mechanism and market selection mechanism.
