北京大学医学部八年制临床医学专业学生在麻醉学学科的实习仅有1周时间,而临床实习在八年制医学教育中非常重要,将对医学生选择二级学科产生深远影响。本文阐述了基于体验式学习理论的教学方式,辅以混合式教学,以学生为中心,以任务为基础,提高了医学生对于麻醉学实习的满意度,激发了医学生对于麻醉学学科的兴趣。“,”The eight-year program students from Peking University Health Science Center have only one week for their internship in anesthesiology. Since internship has a profound impact on students' choice of specialty. This article describes an internship training mode based on experiential learning theory supplemented by online teaching. It is a student-centered and task-oriented training method. And results show the mode improves students' satisfaction with anesthesiology practice and significantly stimulates students' interest in anesthesiology.
