In the spirit of the Delos report, representatives from 61 different countries in the Asia-Pacific region gathered to discuss the concept of learning broadly. Even the smallest people in the country have many places to learn. Orov Yaksen, Niue's minister of state education, believes education should start from every family. Niue is a small Pacific island nation with a total population of 2,300. From March 30 to April 3, 650 delegates from 61 countries attended the education conference held in Melbourne, Australia.
