目的探讨维生素D在糖调节受损患者治疗中的应用价值。方法将60例糖耐量受损患者随机分为3组,每组20例,分别在常规治疗基础上加用维生素D治疗(维生素D组)、加用钙片治疗(钙片组)和加用维生素D及钙片治疗的(联合组),对比3组治疗对患者空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)的影响。结果 3组患者治疗前FPG、FINS、HbA1c、BMI、HOMA-IR及HOMA-β比较未见明显差异,治疗后3组以上指标均较治疗前明显改善,且联合组改善最为明显,而钙片组改善最差。结论在糖调节受损患者的治疗中加用维生素D及联合钙片可显著提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the value of vitamin D in the treatment of patients with impaired glucose regulation. Methods Sixty patients with impaired glucose tolerance were randomly divided into three groups (20 in each group). The patients in the group were given vitamin D (vitamin D) plus calcium (calcium) and added Vitamin D and calcium (combination group). The levels of fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, HbA1c, HOMA-IR, And pancreatic β-cell function index (HOMA-β). Results There was no significant difference in the levels of FPG, FINS, HbA1c, BMI, HOMA-IR and HOMA-β between the three groups before treatment. After treatment, the indexes of three groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement was most obvious in the combination group. Group to improve the worst. Conclusion The treatment of patients with impaired glucose regulation plus vitamin D and calcium can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
