目的了解2006—2010年宜兴市急性农药中毒情况。方法对急性农药中毒报告卡进行统计分析。结果 2006—2010年急性农药中毒356例,死亡37例。生产性中毒多发于第3季度,男性高于女性,45岁以上的病例近85%;非生产性中毒,女性高于男性,没有明显的高发季度和年龄段。甲胺磷是引起急性农药中毒及死亡的主要农药品种。自服、个体防护不良和误服是急性农药中毒的3大原因。结论禁止使用甲胺磷等高毒有机磷类农药、开展职业健康教育、对重点人群进行心理疏导及加强农药管理等是降低急性农药中毒的重要工作。
Objective To understand the acute pesticide poisoning in Yixing City from 2006 to 2010. Methods Acute pesticide poisoning report card for statistical analysis. Results From 2006 to 2010, there were 356 cases of acute pesticide poisoning and 37 cases of death. Productive poisoning occurred in the third quarter, men than women, nearly 85% of cases over the age of 45; non-productive poisoning, women than men, there is no obvious high season and age. Methamidophos is a major pesticide that causes acute pesticide poisoning and death. Self-service, poor personal protection and wrongdoing are the three major causes of acute pesticide poisoning. Conclusions Prohibition of the use of high-toxic organophosphorus pesticides such as methamidophos, occupational health education, psychological counseling of key populations and strengthening of pesticide management are important tasks in reducing acute pesticide poisoning.
