人力资源是人才引进和企业发展的重要推动力量,是企业的重要活力所在。随着企业组织机构的重构和现代企业发展的硬性要求,企业人力资源管理模式也在发生着根本的变革,人力资源外包作为一种新颖的业务管理模式,目前它已成为人力资源竞争力的新趋势。本文首先分析了人力资源外包的发展渊源及企业人力资源发展的内外因,在此基础上深刻分析了人力资源外包发展中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
Human resources is an important driving force for the introduction of talents and enterprise development, and is the important vitality of enterprises. With the reorganization of the organizational structure of enterprises and the rigid requirements of the development of modern enterprises, the enterprise human resources management mode is also undergoing fundamental changes. As a novel business management mode, human resources outsourcing has become a competitive human resource new trend. This paper first analyzes the origin of human resource outsourcing and the internal and external causes of human resource development. Based on the analysis, it analyzes the problems existing in the development of human resource outsourcing and puts forward corresponding solutions.
