对污水和污泥中烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚降解产物和双酚A的分析方法进行了研究. 优化了加速溶剂萃取参数, 用C18固相萃取柱作为水样萃取净化以及污泥净化的核心步骤, 通过对质谱检测器透镜电压的调整提高GC/MS的灵敏度, 获得令人满意的结果. 仪器检出限为3.2～17.8 pg; 对于污水的分析, 方法检出限为2.5～11.4 ng/L, 回收率79.2%～111.4%, 相对标准偏差6.9%～12.6%; 对于污泥的分析, 方法检出限为0.3 ～ 2.1 ng/g(干重), 回收率68.5%～114.0%, 相对标准偏差8.9%～16.0%.
