本文介绍用激光脉冲法测定两层复合试样导温系数的方法。实测了金属加镀锡层试样,证明该方法在两层试样间不计接触热阻且两层的热阻值比较接近的情况下,可达到满足工程精度要求的测量结果。文中给出了用此方法测得之漆和玻璃钢的导温系数。
This article describes the laser pulse method for the determination of two-layer composite sample temperature coefficient method. The results show that the proposed method can meet the requirements of engineering accuracy under the condition of close contact resistance between two layers of samples and the thermal resistance of two layers. In this paper, the temperature coefficient of paint and FRP measured by this method is given.
