为了贯彻落实中华人民共和国兵役法关于学生军事训练问题的规定,做好在全国部分高等院校和高级中学军事训练试点准备工作,由教育部、总参谋部、总政治部联合召开了,这次全国学生军训试点工作会议;国家计委、财政部、劳动人事部有关部门的同志参加了会议。象这样规模的有全国各地军事部门、教育部门和国务院有关部委、中央军委三总部有关部门参加的学生军训工作会议,在我们建国以来,还是第一次。下面,就全国学生军训试点工作讲几点意见。
