本文对1970年开始8年中进行根治性放疗181例进行分析,均有病理证实,随访2至8年,其中138例(80%)采用Co~(60),12×400rad/32天方案,其他23例则用各种不同肿瘤根治量,固定前后野野,前野包括2侧锁骨上淋巴结,后野放一个狭窄的脊髓保护条,它透过后野射线70%,时间——剂量——分割小平均为103,剂量约为1800ret(1766-1858ret),47例完成了计划,材料分析在内,12×400rad,其中22例在大气中,25例为高压氧(三个大气压)放疗。
This article analyzes 181 patients undergoing radical radiotherapy in the first 8 years of 1970. All of them were pathologically confirmed. During follow-up of 2 to 8 years, 138 patients (80%) used Co~(60) and 12×400rad/32-day regimens.
