本文报道了一种选择性强、灵敏度高的测定铁的方法。其原理是根据亚铁(Fe~(2+))在pH=5的水溶液中与1,10-菲绕啉、高氯酸钠形成离子缔合物,萃取到异丙叉丙酮(Mesityl Oxide)中,其二阶导数与铁离子浓度呈线性关系。试剂:所用试剂均为分析纯级。用标准电导水配制溶液。0.01 M铁(Fe~(3+))标准溶液:用1+1盐酸溶解1.597g的Fe_2O_3并稀释到1升,酸最终浓度应为1M,再通过适当稀释制成铁标准工作液。
This paper reports a highly selective and sensitive method for the determination of iron. The principle is based on ferrous (Fe ~ (2+)) in pH = 5 in aqueous solution with 1,10-phenanthroline, sodium perchlorate to form ion-association, extraction to isopropylidene acetone (Mesityl Oxide) In the second derivative and the concentration of iron ions showed a linear relationship. Reagents: The reagents used are of analytical grade. Prepare the solution using standard conductivity water. 0.01 M iron (Fe 3+) standard solution: Dissolve 1.597g Fe_2O_3 with 1 + 1 hydrochloric acid and dilute to 1 liter. The final concentration of the acid should be 1M, and then prepare an iron standard working solution by proper dilution.
