研究了淬火温度对低合金超高强度42CrNi2MoWV钢热处理后的静态和动态力学性能的影响,分析了淬火温度对其力学性能的影响机理。结果表明,在一定范围内随着淬火温度升高,此钢种的抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度变化很小,而截面伸长率、断面收缩率、冲击吸收功、应变率、最大剪切强度显著增大,动态压缩强度明显下降,产生绝热剪切带的时间明显延后。
The effects of quenching temperature on the static and dynamic mechanical properties of low alloy ultrahigh strength 42CrNi2MoWV steel after heat treatment were studied. The influence mechanism of quenching temperature on its mechanical properties was analyzed. The results show that the tensile strength, yield strength and hardness change little with the increase of quenching temperature in a certain range, while the elongation, reduction of area, impact absorption, strain rate, maximum shear The strength increased significantly, the dynamic compression strength decreased significantly, the time to produce adiabatic shear band was significantly delayed.
