目的探讨临床运用桂枝汤的治疗经验。方法桂枝汤方剂药物组成:桂枝、芍药、甘草、生姜、大枣。依据该方具有解肌发表、调和营卫等功效,并通过该方有解热、消炎、解痉、镇痛、镇静、抗过敏、改善心血管、增强血液循环等作用,在临床中根据患者发病不同情况配以丹参、葛根、元胡用于治疗痹证;配以柴胡治疗郁证;配以黄芪、党参、黄精治疗心悸。结果收到良好治疗效果。结论桂枝汤不仅用于治疗太阳中风证,还可以用于治疗痹证、郁证、心悸等多种病证,并且收到显著疗效。
