目的:了解十堰地区市售淡水鱼虾吸虫囊蚴感染情况。方法:收集十堰市两大集贸市场和路边商贩所销售的本地常见野生淡水鱼虾。肌肉直接压片法制作鱼虾肌肉压片,用光学显微镜在低倍或高倍镜下查找囊蚴,根据囊蚴形态、排泄囊结构和囊壁厚度等特征区分囊蚴种类。结果:共采集鱼类样本562尾,虾类样本1 005份,其中淡水鱼阳性尾数共计39尾,总感染率为6.94%(39/562);淡水虾(青虾)阳性尾数共计675尾,总感染率为67.16%(675/1005)。分别在鱼、虾肌肉内查到4种吸虫囊蚴,经初步判定为后睾属类吸虫囊蚴。调查的4种淡水鱼(白鲦、鲫鱼、黄颡、鲈鱼)样品中,仅在白鲦中查获囊蚴,呈低度感染。结论:十堰市市售的野生鱼虾均有吸虫囊蚴感染,其中虾类感染率较高,需要重点控制该类传染源。
Objective: To understand Shiyan commercial freshwater fish, metacercariae infection. Methods: Collecting the common wild freshwater fish and shrimp sold by the two big trade markets and roadside vendors in Shiyan City. Muscle direct compression method for making fish shrimp muscle compression, using optical microscopy at low magnification or high magnification search for metacercariae, according to the characteristics of metacercaria morphology, excretory capsule structure and wall thickness of metacercaria species. Results: A total of 562 fish samples and 1 005 shrimp samples were collected, of which 39 were positive for freshwater fish with a total infection rate of 6.94% (39/562) The total infection rate was 67.16% (675/1005). Respectively in fish, shrimp muscle found four kinds of fluke metacercariae, initially identified as the genus after the testis metacercariae. Among the four species of freshwater fish (catfish, crucian, yellow catfish and sea bass) investigated, metacercaria were found only in white catfish and showed low infection. Conclusion: Wild fish and shrimp on the market of Shiyan City are all infected with metacercariae, of which the infection rate of shrimp is high, so it is necessary to focus on the control of such sources of infection.
