肿瘤的发生、发展以及转移与糖链的表达密切相关,肿瘤细胞糖基化修饰的改变能够影响细胞的周期调控和细胞的增殖能力,促进肿瘤的发展;细胞在不同的生长周期中多种糖基化水平发生着改变,这种糖基变化同时影响着细胞周期的进程。该文综述了糖链表达与细胞周期的关系,包括不同细胞周期糖基转移酶活性和糖链表达水平的变化,以及糖链表达水平对细胞周期进程和细胞增殖能力的影响,并试图从糖生物学中寻找新的抗肿瘤研究靶点。

The occurrence, development and metastasis of tumor are closely related to the expression of sugar chain. The alteration of glycosylation in tumor cells can affect the cell cycle regulation and cell proliferation ability and promote the development of tumor. Cells in different growth cycle have many kinds of sugar Changes in the level of change, this glycosylation also affects the cell cycle progression. This article reviews the relationship between the expression of sugar chain and the cell cycle, including the changes of different cell cycle glycosyltransferase activities and the expression of sugar chains, and the effect of sugar chain expression on the cell cycle progression and cell proliferation. Look for new anti-tumor targets in biology.
