高等院校办老年大学是积极应对“人口老龄化”的重要举措。高校老年大学依托高校的综合优势和丰富的教学资源,更易形成自己鲜明独特的风格。文章围绕高校老年大学办学特色问题展开讨论,阐述了特色课程、特色教师和特色教学手段是彰显高校老年大学办学特色的三个主要方面。并有理有据地指出如何铸造特色,从而切实发挥好高校老年大学的引领作用,为老年教育事业作出应有贡献。
Colleges and universities running older universities are actively responding to the “aging population” important measure. Relying on the comprehensive advantages and rich teaching resources of colleges and universities, the university elders universities are more likely to form their own distinctive and unique style. This article discusses the characteristics of running a university for senior citizens, and elaborates that the special courses, the special teachers and the special teaching methods are the three main aspects that demonstrate the characteristics of running a university. And pointedly and rationally pointed out how to cast distinctive features, so as to give full play to the leading role of university elders and make due contributions to the education for the aged.
