博尔塔拉蒙古自治州中级人民法院成立于1955年6月4日,辖基层法院4个(博乐市法院、精河县法院、温泉县法院、阿拉山口市法院),两级法院均使用汉语、蒙语、维语、哈语四种语言进行诉讼。2015年受理案件10587件,审(执)结9234件,同比分别上升49.56%和51.83%。博州中级法院新审判办公大楼于2014年6月建成使用,建筑面积约18000平方米。目前有人员编制89名,现有干警84名,其中,法官51名,女性36名,少数民族36名,内设部门15个。
The Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture Intermediate People’s Court was established on June 4, 1955 and has jurisdiction over 4 grassroots courts (Bole Municipal Court, Jinghe County Court, Wenquan County Court, and Ala Paikkou Municipal Court), both of which use Chinese , Mongolian, Uyghur language, Ha language litigation in four languages. In 2015, there were 10,587 cases and 9,234 trial cases, up 49.56% and 51.83% respectively over the same period of last year. Bozhou Intermediate People’s Court trial building completed in June 2014 the use of new construction area of about 18,000 square meters. At present, there are 89 staff members and 84 police officers in total. Among them, 51 are judges, 36 are women, 36 are ethnic minorities and 15 have their own departments.
