青光眼手术治疗方法比較新的是1958年Scheie氏和1959年Malbran等氏所报告的滤过性虹膜切除术。我院从1962年3月到11月共作了33例,40只眼。現仅将初步治疗效果作一报告,以供讀者参考并希予以指正。手术方法 1.术前点縮瞳药尽量使瞳孔縮小,使眼压降至正常范围。 2.以2％奴佛卡因行球后及結膜下麻醉。
Glaucoma surgical treatment is relatively new method of 1958 Scheie’s and 1959 Malbran et al reported filtering iridotomy. Our hospital from March 1962 to November a total of 33 cases, 40 eyes. Now only a preliminary treatment for a report for readers reference and hope to correct it. Surgical methods 1. Preoperative point miotic medicine to minimize the pupil, the intraocular pressure dropped to the normal range. 2. 2% of Novocaine after the ball and under the subconjunctival anesthesia.
