随着日本电力市场从2016年开始全面放开,该国城市和乡镇创建并运营的电力公司应运而生。进入后福岛时代,这些市级电力公司被寄予了很高期望,为了最大程度减轻对外国能源的依赖,同时摆脱日本大型公用事业公司的区域垄断,它们正不遗余力地扩大清洁能源电力供应能力。《华尔街日报》日前报道称,受日本电力改革影响,该国市级电力公司正谋求大力发展可再生能源,迄今已有14个城市创建了自己的清洁能源
As the Japanese electricity market has been fully liberalized since 2016, power companies have been created and operated in cities and towns throughout the country. Entering the post-Fukushima era, these city-level electricity companies were placed high hopes that they would spare no effort to expand their clean energy power supply capacity in order to minimize their reliance on foreign energy sources and get rid of the regional monopolies of Japan’s major utility companies. The Wall Street Journal recently reported that under the influence of the Japanese power reform, municipal power companies in the country are seeking to develop renewable energies. So far, 14 cities have created their own clean energy
