本文分析了95例糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)的多器官功能衰竭(MOF)情况。结果:发生MOF者35例,MOF者较无MOF者的年龄大,且大多伴有其他慢性疾患。MOF的诱因以肺部感染(57.1%)、肾损害(37.1%)和休克(37.1%)多见。MOF以肾功能衰竭为首发最常见(48.6%),其余依次为呼吸衰竭、脑损害及心力衰竭。衰竭的器官系统以脑(77.1%)、心脏(68.0%)、肾脏(54.2%)及呼吸系统(37.1%)多见。95例DKA中死亡29例(30.5%)均为MOF,说明MOF为DKA的重要死因。MOF的病死率与衰竭器官数目有关。
This article analyzes 95 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) of multiple organ failure (MOF) situation. Results: 35 cases occurred MOF, MOF were older than those without MOF, and most often accompanied by other chronic diseases. The causes of MOF were more common in lung infection (57.1%), renal damage (37.1%) and shock (37.1%). MOF was the most common renal failure (48.6%), followed by respiratory failure, brain damage and heart failure. Depleting organ systems were more common in the brain (77.1%), heart (68.0%), kidney (54.2%) and respiratory system (37.1%). Ninety-nine death cases (30.5%) in 95 cases of DKA were MOF, which indicated that MOF was the important cause of death in DKA. The mortality of MOF is related to the number of failing organs.
