针对天然碱制碱工业中设备的腐蚀问题,研制出5种成分的镍铜合金铸铁,测试其腐蚀速度,并对其耐碱腐蚀性能进行评价。结果表明:镍含量越高,合金的耐碱腐蚀性能越好,其中N4、N5合金铸铁耐蚀性较高。
In view of the corrosion of equipment in the alkali industry of trona, 5 kinds of nickel-copper alloy cast iron with different compositions were developed to test its corrosion rate and evaluate the alkali corrosion resistance. The results show that the higher the nickel content is, the better the alkali corrosion resistance of the alloy is. The corrosion resistance of N4 and N5 alloy cast irons is high.
