对１８例３４眼合并青光眼的真小眼行手术治疗，其中１２眼行虹膜周边切除术，１７眼行滤过性手术，３眼小梁切除联合白内障囊外摘除，２眼小梁切除、白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入。术后眼压总的有效控制率６个月时为６８．９５％，１２个月时为６５．４２％。随诊视力除１３眼（３８．２４％）下降外，其余无明显损害，行白内障联合手术的５眼视力均有不同程度的提高。结果表明：随着眼科显微手术的普及，治疗方法的不断完善，只要术前认真检查，术中准确操作，术后密切观察、妥善处理，选择适当的手术方式是可行的。

Visued eyesight in 13 eyes (38.24%) decreased, the other without significant damage, cataract surgery combined with 5 eyes have different degrees of improvement. The results show that with the popularization of ophthalmic microsurgery and the continuous improvement of treatment methods, it is feasible to select the proper surgical method as long as the operation is carefully checked before operation, the accurate operation in operation, the close observation after operation, and proper treatment.
