对28 个组合的F3 代、6 个组合的F3~F5 代的面筋含量、筋力和黄色素含量进行了测试。这些品质性状在各组合间差异较大,各组合内的不同品系分离程度也较大,黄色素的变异系数尤高。决定黄色素含量的主要因子是遗传基因,环境及栽培条件对黄色素含量的影响较小。为培育出品质优良的硬粒小麦品种,在育种的早期世代对面筋和黄色素含量进行测试和选择是必要的。
The gluten content, gluten strength and yellow pigment content of F3 combinations of F3 generation and 6 combinations of F3 to F5 were tested. These quality traits vary widely among the combinations, and the degree of segregation among the different lines within each combination is also greater, with the coefficient of variation of yellow pigment being particularly high. The main factor that determines the yellow pigment content is the gene, environment and cultivation conditions have little effect on the yellow pigment content. It is necessary to test and select the gluten and yellow pigment content in early generations of breeding to breed high quality Durum wheat varieties.
