目的研究细节护理干预在神经外科手术患者中应用价值。方法选取我院神经外科2016年1月—2017年4月收治的52例手术患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组(26例)实施常规干预,观察组(26例)实施细节护理干预,对比两组患者护理质量评分、并发症、满意率。结果观察组患者护理质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(3.85%)低于对照组(23.08%),满意率(100.00%)高于对照组(80.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理干预在神经外科手术患者中应用价值较高,可提升临床护理水平,降低患者并发症发生率,安全性高,患者度满意高。
Objective To study the value of nursing intervention in neurosurgical patients. Methods Fifty-two surgical patients admitted from January 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects. Patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, and control group (26 cases) The observation group (n = 26) received nursing intervention in detail, and compared the quality of care scores, complications and satisfaction rates between the two groups. Results The score of nursing quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (3.85%) was lower than that in the control group (23.08%), and the satisfaction rate (100.00%) was higher The control group (80.77%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Nursing interventions in neurosurgical patients with higher value, can improve the level of clinical care, reduce the incidence of complications in patients with high safety, patients with high satisfaction.
